Rental Terms:

By reserving a golf cart with us, you agree to the following rental terms:

1. The lessee must inspect the vehicle before use and return it in the same condition. Any damages will require repair at the lessee’s expense.
2. Subleasing the vehicle is not permitted.
3. Driving on the beach is strictly prohibited.
4. Off-road driving is not allowed.
5. The vehicle may only carry 4 to 6 passengers, depending on golf cart type at a time.
6. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when received. Fuel details will be provided at the time of rental.
7. Only drivers 25 years or older with a valid driver’s license are permitted to operate the vehicle.

The lessee acknowledges that any violation of the above rules may result in the owner reclaiming the vehicle. Additionally, the lessee understands that the golf cart is covered by third-party insurance. By renting a golf cart from us, you agree to comply with these terms throughout the entire rental period, from pick-up to return. A waiver outlining these terms may be provided via email or upon arrival in Harbour Island for your signature.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility, and we’re happy to assist if you have any questions or need further support.

• You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled rental date—regardless of pick-up time.
  (For example, if your reservation is for March 20th, you must cancel by March 17th at 11:59 PM EST to avoid any fees.)
